How do I check the status of my order?

ModernDecorHome.com will send you email updates with the status of your order. From the time you place the order, to order processing and a final email once the item(s) ship.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number. With the tracking number, you can easily track the step by step progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step.

If your order has already shipped, you can track your package here.


How do I make a change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel your order online. To request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact support@moderndecorhome.com.

Order now and feel confident that you will receive your order quickly and hassle free. We ship directly from the manufacturer instead of first routing it through our office, which saves you both time and money. We ship via FedEx and UPS ground for most items, however we use freight for our heavier items. Order today and leave the rest to us.


Where will my order ship from?

We have warehouses located across the US to serve you. We have distribution warehouses in California, New York, Philadelphia, and Texas.When you order with ModernDecorHome, we will have our manufacturers ship directly to your door saving you both time and money. By doing so, we can absolutely guarantee rock bottom prices for all your decor needs. 


What are you different shipping methods?

We ship everything that is not considered oversize, via Ground Shipping. We will use either FedEx or UPS ground shipping.

For any oversize shipments, we will use a freight carrier that services your area. Typically, once the item has been handed off to the freight carrier, you will be contacted a few days prior to delivery to schedule a day and time for final delivery. You MUST be present for delivery (both curbside and white glove). If you are getting curbside delivery, you are responsible for getting the product into your home. The delivery company will not be held responsible for moving or lifting the product into your home.

Will you price match if I find a lower price?

We will absolutely price match! We are so confident that we have the lowest prices anywhere that we have a 110% price guarantee. If you find a lower advertised price (excluding coupons and discount codes) on the internet, we will refund you the difference, plus 10% of the order cost.
